CSS Drop down menu and sidebar problems

    Hey,

    I have a problem with some css formatting. If you go to my website (iTracki.com) and put your mouse over the “Contact” menu on the header, a drop down menu will appear, but it is covered up by the sidebar. How do you fix this? I have tried z-index but it won’t work.
