CSS Doesn’t Work On My WordPress

Okay, I’ve been on every forum, google search, webpage, external help, etc. and literally nothing has helped. I just want to change the color of the site title on my WordPress page. I was able to do the description and found the CSS name (site-description) but can not find the CSS name for the site title.

Does anyone know how? I know it can be changed under Additional CSS to change the code, but I’ve tried every code available and the site title will not change no matter what I do.
