There is something going wrong in your width calculation. You have the calendar at 200px, and the menu at 200px as well but IE is deducting the margins from the menu so it won’t fit. Adjust accordingly. Welcome to the WordPress brit pack. 😉
Looking within your template file, you have two <div id="menu"> tags. Also, the page is not valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional, and there are other errors in the page which doesn’t allow to check the CSS.
Sorry to pile it on but your #header is a lot lot wider than the #rap. Good Luck.

Come on Scooby Doo, we got some work to do. (Sorry just finished re-reading Stephen King’s “Dreamcatcher”. Thanks for the suggestions.
I know. Not much point in putting in the fancy hack and then failing to actually insert the width in question. Or to add the Opera counter effect afterwards.
