Crone job

Hi to all,

I have to update some jobs on daily basis like
1 Updating 2 sql query from phpmyadmin
2 I am updating xml by wp-all import from wp-admin
3 Updating 5 sql query from phpmyadmin

Can i update these things by crone job if yes then what steps i have to perform for it…?

I know that i have to set this in cpanel but i don’t know which code i have to write in that…? specially for Xml update.

If you know some plugin then also please let me know to make it more simple and easy…

Please help me to resolve this problem
