Credit Card Field

Hi, I would like to know if there is anyway to make a text field add a default space every 4 characters. I am trying to create a credit card field. That way it would display xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx instead of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
