Creating Multiple Post Sections

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to create two sections for posts on a site.
The website consists of ten pages and 8 of the pages use “Page” format, while I need to use “Post” format on the rest of two pages.

The problem now is that I cannot seem to find a way to output one set of post data on one page, and another set on the other page.

For example, I want to output all posts in the category of “Apple” & “Orange” on the Fruit Page, and I want to output all posts in “Carrot” & “Tomato: on the Vegetable page.

Does anyone know if there is any plug-ins or hacks that make it happen?
