    Screenshots are of no real use. we need to see a page demonstrating the problems on the actual site. And never use .tiff images on the web. Stick to .png, .jpg or .gif.

    why the theme is affecting the look of my table

    search through style.css of Twenty Eleven to find the styles that affect tables;
    or use a browser inspection tool to find out by what styles your tables get formatted.
