You don’t have to create those. WordPress will do it for you. Just create an empty database, setup the wp-config.php file with the username/password/database/server information, then go to http://example.com/blog/wp-admin and click the install link (replace the address with your own site, of course). This will do all the table creation necessary.
I don´t know how can obtain my name of user and password in my server, most be the same that the user of my count ?
I made exactly that describe the instructions and my URL show and error that send my to this section , perhaps somebody can tell my how most procede to obtain the adecuate answers.

Create the Database and a User describes the process. If you don’t know the database information, please contact your host and ask them.
