    Can anyone guide me in creating this vertical menu – but with
    submenu’s http://www.artiseer.com

    Yes i’ve looked for a plugin/widget/theme but nothing seems to have anything similar – so I want to have a go at creating it myself with anyone’s guidance/help please.
