Create two sections for posts

I post technical articles on my blog. They get posted on my home page as usual.
I want to add a new section of “Tech News” and post daily posts in this section. I don’t want this section of posts posted with my regular articles on home page.
I am not asking for creating new category or tags for this section. It has to be different from regular posts on home page.
My blog is digitalperiod.com
Please help
