Create Page with Posts

I know that this question has been asked before…but here goes. I am trying to create a page (several actually) which are made up of individual posts. I know that by design WordPress does not have this capability…but I am moving from Joomla and this was a nice feature. Is there a plugin or other hack which allows for someone to create a page (thru catagories or tags) in this fashion?

Help and/or guidance is greatly appreciated!
