Create a new php file

Hey!

I use the plugin WP-Postratings and I’m going to do a top 10 list. I’ve tried to create toplist.php and use http://www.domain.com/toplist.php but I can’t get it working. I don’t know if this is the correct way to do it, I don’t usually use WP.

Is it a more common way to create pages in wordpress with your own php-code in it?
