Crazy menu problem

Hi there,

I’ve been building a site for a client and all was fine until we got on a call and he looked at the site from Israel. We were both using the exact same browsers (we tried several), yet the menu on his end was three lines high and mine was one. I sent him a screenshot to show what it is supposed to look like, and then I sent a full-size capture using Paparazzi. The screenshot looked just like my view. The Paparazzi shot, however, looked like his! Please advise. I looked like such a dumbass. 🙁
