  • I am having the same problem as well.
I installed it just like the instructions said. I tried disabling other plugins, I have tried installing it normally then moving the folders, but I still get a white screen.
Any tips on how to solve this would be great. Thanks

Running WP 3.9 with BuddyPress and a number of other plugins. WordPress is running on a linux box and all of the permissions are properly.

Mine was a theme that didn’t support it. Changed the theme, removed the plugin, put the old theme back. Problem solved.

I am running the default theme but I may have missed a plugin before so I am going to try process-of-elimination with the plugins again.

Well I figured out the problem.

The folder that is in the same folder as the readme document is the one I needed to move. I was moving the root folder which has the same name. The other problem is I was moving the wrong php file.

    Mark this as resolved.

    Glad we are both working!
