Crash at /wp-admin/widgets.php

When apear a note to rate the plugin, (when pass 50 days of i think) WIDGATE OPTIONS plugin crash the whole site when became to load widget.php (apearence>widget) on wordpress admin getting this error message ” Out of Memory” and a blank page appear.
