Course Builder Sections

    Within the Lifter Course Builder, the course is divided into sections. Is there some way to change the term “section” to “lesson”? I created my course, with videos, using the term “lesson” instead of “section”. If not I will need to re-record each audio to change the term lesson to section. To change my powerpoint slides to reflect the change is no real problem, but the audio files are a different matter.

    Hi @dr_dad,

    You don’t technically need to use the sections except for the very first one.

    However, there’s no way to remove the use of at least the very first section.

    You can, within the course builder, rename the sections to whatever title you like (so it’s not just reading Section One/New Section). This way you could have say the first section titled Lesson One with the “lessons” being the four parts with their individual titles.

    Is this what you are suggesting?

    Section 1: Lesson 1 – Introduction to Doctrines
    Section 2: Lesson 2 – The Etymology for the Word Doctrines
    Section 3: Lesson 3 – Definition of the Word Doctrine
    Section 4: Lesson 4 – Early Church Doctrine Formation and Instruction
    Section 5: Lesson 5 – A Theological System
    Section 6: Benediction

    I would leave the last section as is because it is a prayer, not a lesson.

    Yes! Where the section is titled lesson two and then the lesson within the section is titled: The Etymology for the Word Doctrines.

    If this works for the way you have your audio set up you should just need to make the text edits on the course builder!
