Counter is not updates

Hi,

I use WordPress 3.4.2. and don’t use any cache plugin.
Cache lifetime settings 360s. when time is over, the counter
is not updated (refresh the browser).
If I modify widget setting and save, the counter is updated.

Waht is the problem?
