[Countdown Timer] Causing site to lock

With this plug in active, can get initial page to load, but any page after that on site just hangs and will not load. Cannot even access admin area or log in. I must delete plug in files and close/reset the browser to be able to get back into site. It is completely locked until that time.

Anyone else experience this and know what it is?
