Can you repeat it on fresh wordpress install?
Every post or test in wordpress is published when you click on “Publish/Update” button.
Which WP version, theme and other plugins do you have?
I think some of them corrupted custom posts processing.

I am using wordpress 4.4.2 and KLEO theme
I have publish option for the new post I create but not for the demo one.
Does it repeats on standard theme?
Don’t you have another plugins?
Do you trying to publish demo-test, that already published?
Do you trying to create new test and publish it?
Pls describe all your steps to repeat this issue.
It does’nt repeat on standard theme, there are lots of plugins like bbpress,
buddypress, woocommerce, galaxy funder, Donations for woocommerce, Super cache, Voting plugin etc…
Demo-test is plublished, but when I click update its getting changed to scheduled post and no option to publish again.
I created new post and it worked fine. Issue is only with demo-test

Then KLEO brokes the things. And not only this plugin, but all other, that use custom post type.
Paid themes often have low quality as they try to do too many things and explode compatibility completely.
I suggest you to write to theme authors or refund money and try another one.
