Cost Field

Hi there!

The cost field is contained in the list/single-event.php file here:
https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/develop/src/views/list/single-event.php#L26

You can use a template override to remove the cost or hook into the tribe_get_cost() function to change the behavior of how it works.
