Correct password fails

Recently, when I enter the correct password, my protected (hidden) content does not display. Instead, I receive the message: “Sorry, there was an error.”

I’m not using a paid-level protection mode.

I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps you suggest in https://passster.com/kb-cat/troubleshooting/ with no success.
