Copy buttons stopped working

    All of my copy buttons have stopped working with the latest updates. I’m not sure which one, actually.

    I’m using the blockquote selector. I haven’t changed any of the html blocks where I have the code, except on this page where I tried adding a <p> around the text to be copied. I can’t find anything on the clipboard agency site saying I need to update any of that code.

    Thanks for the report and for sharing the URL.

    We’ve identified the issue and shipped a fix in Copy Anything to Clipboard v5.5.1. The problem was related to how the plugin handled copy buttons when they were added via the blockquote selector inside a custom HTML block (like you’re doing with Thrive Architect): the HTML was pre‑rendered, so our script skipped attaching the click handler, and the buttons stopped responding after recent updates.

    In v5.5.1 we:

    • Updated the frontend script to detect and bind to these pre‑rendered copy buttons inside your blockquote/HTML blocks, so the “copy to clipboard” buttons work again even when the content is cached or injected by the page builder.
    • Tested the fix directly on your site, including the page you shared (/best-trading-journals/), and the copy buttons are now working correctly.

    Please make sure you’ve updated to v5.5.1, then clear any caching (plugin/host/CDN) and test again. If you still see a specific page where the buttons don’t respond, share the URL and I’ll take another look.
