Powtac, hello! Are you still working on the Show authors without posts plugin? People everywhere are trying to get their Author pages to show without the author having to create a post.

the plugin is not under active development. But I might check if it still works. Can you check it on your installation? And please add the information to the plugin statistics about supported versions…

Well, I did try it out and even looked over the code. While it looks good there was no results for me at all. I will do anything else I can to help.

No result means, there was a 404 page instead of the authors page?

Well my theme doesn’t 404 for some reason it shows the admin’s author page when no posts are present for the user’s page displayed. I will test right now on another installation.
If you take a look at a website I don’t use anymore -> http://musiciantuner.com/author/asubscriber/ I created that user (aSubscriber) and went to it’s author page (the url) it 404’ed. I then installed your plugin and it still 404’s.
