Converting this site to wordpress?

Hello friends,
Just wondering if i want to convert this site http://www.webdesigncut.com” to wordpress
can i have the same link structure in the top navigation as there are at present no such plugin or do i have to make one for my self and
My second query is should i keep each page as “page” or convert to categories

also i want to keep the blog as i have already but make my site look like a normal website
