Convert XHTML template

    I have fallen in love with this XHTML template and am considering buying it if it can be turned into a WordPress theme that is somewhat future-proof.

    However, I have never tried to do anything remotely like this and consider myself a noob.

    Can someone please tell me if it is fairly simple or I should just give up before buying it?
