Convert MindMap to WordPress menu

    Problem is how to convert a Mindmap made in Mindjet/ Mindmanager (10.3.635) for Mac as menustrure into WordPress 4,4 (OSX 10.9.5)

    MindManager Mindmap can be exported as several formats:

    IPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF
    Pages, Word 2009/ 11
    HTML. HTML (Format as outline), HTML5 Viewer (beta), Flash Vierwer
    Text, RTF, RTFD, OPML
    I tried all of them but don’t know which one I should choose and how to import it as menu in WordPress.

    Hope someone can help me !!!
