Conversions not working

    Hi, we have isntalled the premium addon for pretty url and one of our affiliates informed us that although he sent the affilaite link and the customer made an order, there is no visits, conversions etc.

    We tested and indeed it’s not working. Could you please help to solve this problem?

    A few screenshots or a short screen recording of your affiliate link settings would be helpful, so I can better understand how you have everything set up.

    On these forums we currently can only offer information about our core free plugin. Even so, as soon as you contact us privately, I’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
