conversion tracking code

    hi
    i am running a pay per click ( PPC ) campaign to point internet searchers to this form , i want to add the ppc conversion tracking code to somewhere within the from configuration so that it fires as an enquiry back to my campaign when the form is completed. When the form is completed and the submit button is hit would anyone know where i can add this code please
