    Hi there,


    I’ve set up your plugin incl Pro for https://mattiehetmeeuwtje.nl/ and tested by creating an affiliate account for myself. The conversion /purchase I did does not come through, the visit does.

    URL used: https://mattiehetmeeuwtje.nl/aff/1/

    I do have a custom ‘Thank you’ page build with Elementor, where I needed to change the ‘Order received’ endpoint URL to ‘bestelling-ontvangen-1’. See below screenshot.

    Any idea what the cause is and how to resolve?

    Please make sure to enable the debug logger as described in the guide, as it will show any errors the plugin encounters.

    If no commissions are being generated and no errors are shown in the debugger, or if errors are shown but you’re not sure what they mean, please open a technical support issue on our website (here: https://slicewp.com/contact/) and one of our engineers will assist you.

    If you will need to open a technical issue support ticket, please share a step-by-step description on how you’ve tested the referral purchase and please also provide screenshots or a screen recording of the issue so that we have a visual on the situation.
