Continue reading link not functioning correctly

The page i would like to talk about is my about us page

I have tried and tried to remove the “continue Reading” from my page and finally got something done… I got the full article there but thats not fully what i want to do

I want the full article to show with my edits and revisions done to it but it seems like i cant get rid of this problem.
