    Hello,
    There is a bug with the Content Toggle widget on the “Mobile View” only, where I see a large empty margin under the widget; this margin disappears once you click on the toggle button.

    I’m using the latest version of all the plugins (Elementor 3.28.3, Elementor Pro 3.28.2, and Royal Elementor Addons 1.7.1016).

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    Hello,
    I would like to send you an update.

    I’ve tried to use the content toggle widget on a fresh WordPress and found that it’s working properly. So I tried to remove the Elementor + Royal Addons plugin from my original website, then I installed them again, but unfortunately the bug still exists.
    I have tried to clear the cache also using WP Rocket, but nothing happened.

    Any suggestion on how to remove the plugins completely and re-install them as fresh plugins?

    Hi again.

    You can first deactivate the plugin and then delete it. After that download and install it again.
    If this does not help, it may seem that there are some other issues locally on your website which affect the performance of our plugin.

    I can assure you that our product works fine.
