Content of notification

I really like this plugin, but there’s one thing that could be improved.

When someone gets an e-mail, when someone has subscribed to his comment on my site, is it possible that he can see the e-mail of the person who subscribed to his comment?

Now I only see the name of the author of the comment, the link to the comment and the comment. But is it possible to show the e-mail of the person who had a comment on a comment? Just the e-mail he filled in at the comment part of the site.
