Contact Us form not working

    Hi all!

    When I fill out our CONTACT US form (http://www.highmeadowsinstitute.org/contact-us/), I get a notification of “MESSAGE SENT” but then do not receive an email to the designated email address (a generic info@ email address).

    Does anyone know what to do to ensure the Contact Us form actually gets sent to me once someone fills it out?

    P.S. This now works but ONLY for gmail.com emails. In other words, people who submit the CONTACT US form with a different domain (yahoo.com, aol.com, etc) will not go thru.

    Are you working out of a google.com mailbox? You may need to look into whitelisting the other domains.

    Yes, I’m working out of a google.com mailbox. Hostgater says that google is blocking the other domain emails as spam. Any idea what I can do?
