Contact forms missing fields

    Hi!

    I’m having 3 major problems with my site http://www.naturacaredc.com and I’d appreciate any help. All the problems below started when I upgraded the site to the new WP version:

    1. I had a footer on the front page that dissapeared when I upgraded the site to the new WP version.

    2. Before upgrading, the header, footer, side bar, navigation bar would show in every page just like it shows in the home page. After the upgrade they all dissapear.

    3. I have two forms on my site that I receive through my email but they are missing fields. The only fields I receive by email is the name and email – everything else does not show. I tested them many times, filled all the fields but did not receive any but name and email that I put on the form.

    Again, I appreciate all the help I can get.

    It might be a conflict with the theme. You might need to revert back to the default theme, test the areas that are a challenge and then reselect your desired theme, that is if the theme is compatible for 2.9.1. Also, with the contact form you may need to disable that plugin and re-enable it to see if that fixes the problem. There again, make sure the contact form plugin is compatible with 2.9.1.
