Contact Form Shortcode not working

    I am having trouble finding a WP Contact Form for my website. I have tried 4 or 5 already. They will load ok and look nice and say message has been sent however, they are never received. I have just installed the above Contact Form and it is doing the same. I am just looking for a simple contact form for my website? My website: http://www.eslwithcraig.com
    Any ideas?
