It thinks your a spammer. Have you updated to reCAPTHA 3 ? CF7 5.1.1 uses reCAPTHA 3
Also, I changed the spam detection message to include the word spam to test if that was the problem, and that’s not the message that’s loading when I hit send. If it’s referred to as spam, it’ll say “There was an error trying to send your spam message. Please try again later.”
I did go and reregister the website at Google Recaptcha, also.

See Contact Form 7 5.1.1 – theme needs to properly loads JavaScript in the footer area of each page.
Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme to see if the problem goes away.
If this fixes the problem & you can’t get your theme fixed, you might try Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2. Once installed and configured it offers the same reCaptcha functionality you are used to in previous versions of Contact Form 7.

While that’s possible, it’s not that likely. It’s more likely that the WP theme used does not properly call wp_footer().
