Contact form dissappears

Good afternoon,
I currently have contact form7 on our website (5.6.2) any newer updates the contact form disappears off one page or, some people cannot use it. Would you be able to tell me why?

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Hi thank you for replying. Here is the list of plugins we have on our website. The theme is a custom build theme for us. The old version 5.6.2 works on our site currently but If I upgrade to a new version the form disappears or stops working on others. Thanks

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, Flamingo and WordPress Importer, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
