Contact Form Design

I have made a contact form with plugin ‘Contact Form 7 (v.3.3.3)
On my form the name of the fields appear above the field box, I would like to be able to put the field name in the field box as in the form in the link below.

I cant seem to find this option when I am in the Form settings.
