Contact Form Code Validation Field

    I am looking for a contact form for my WordPress site whereby you can add a field that requires a special 10 digit code (promo code) to be input by the user that matches up with a database of 20 x codes, in order for that entry to be valid. Is this possible with FS Contact Form? Thanks
