Contact Form 7 [basic question]

    Hey, I currently have 2 different plugins for contact forms.
    And on top of that, the free theme I’m using also has its own take on it.

    My question is, how do I link the contact form 7 contact form to my contact page on my website? because it currently defaults to the theme’s standard.
