I added the contact form to my contact us page, and I tried to test it with the email I provided … and I’m not receiving any email at all…I checked junk/spam folder as well.

Hey,
Did you set up your email correctly in Theme Options > Misc Settings?

Yup, I have that set up correctly…not sure why it’s not working.

Hey,
Its possible your email server isn’t set up for your site. So you may have to set up your own smtp. You can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

I contacted my hosting company and they were able to fix the problem on their end!
