Construction Theme – No Previous Posts Button

    I have the Construction Theme that I loaded today, but I noticed at the bottom, there is no “Previous Post” button, so my readers can’t scroll back to previous posts on previous pages. Can I add that and how do I do it? Thanks for your help.
