    Hey @mikesomersetinteractivecom

    Hope you are doing well!

Did you change the domain recently? or migrate your site to a WordPress/WooCommerce site?

    Best,
    Christian

    Hi Christian,

No, it was disconnected for a period of time and then just tried to reconnect. Always been the same domain and a WP/WC site.

    Hey @mikesomersetinteractivecom

    Thanks for your patience.

    please follow these steps:
    1. Go to the Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Disable “Enable product sync”
    3. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    4. Go to the Connection tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    5. Disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”
    6. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    — At this point, no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options, no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest, and no feed registered on Pinterest—
    7. Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    8. Restart the Pinterest onboarding
    9. Wait for 24hs until Pinterest approves the catalog

    Let us know.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hey @mikesomersetinteractivecom ,

Since we haven’t heard back from the OP in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Best,
    Christian
