This plugin conflicts with File Un-Attach plugin – no advanced controls appear. I wonder if you would be willing to try to reproduce/fix the problem.

The File Un-Attach plugin is overriding the template used for media based on a pre-release version of the 3.9 media templates, which is causing the look-and-feel of the media to be a little broken.

I suggest reaching out to the plugin author and encouraging them to fix their plugin.
