• I am using your plugin but appear to have a conflict with a plugin I am using which is called Visions. It is a shortcodes plugin from codecanyon.

All that appears to be happening in the conflict is the removal of the descriptions text from the playlist. I have not fully set up multiple playlists and the like so I am unsure if that is the only conflict.

Do you have any suggestions for a work around for this issue? I am capable of making changes to the php code for either plugin, but am just unsure where to start looking.

The plugin appears to function as normal with the Visions plugin disabled.

The plugin is in action here:

    Thank you,

    Tim

Hi Tim thanks for reporting this. If the problem resolves when the Visions plugin is deactivated then you’re right, this would point to a conflict in the Visions plugin itself. The most common cause of problems in this audio plugin is jQuery conflicts, and I can see in the code that Visions does use several jQuery scripts so I think the best place to start your search would be to go through the Visions plugin and make sure it’s enqueing jQuery properly. There’s a section in the FAQs with some more information and resources on this.

Also you might be able to contact the Visions plugin developer and let him know about this conflict and ask him if he is sure his plugin is calling the jQuery correctly to avoid conflicts.

    Hope this helps.
