Confirmation page doesn’t work when plugin enabled

Hi, we’re having an issue where when we have Conditional Shipping plugin is enabled and someone goes through the checkout process, after completing the order, the order confirmation does not appear, they are just directed to an empty cart. The order goes through, but they never see the order confirmation page. If we disable the plugin, they are directed to confirmation page just fine. Anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it?
