We’re getting the following error on our store product filter:

“No one Filter Set is configured for this post type pages. You can create a new Filter Set for them.”

The “chips” search function is working fine, just the filters themselves are giving that error and are not showing on the main page. I haven’t changed any settings within the plugin in over two years, and it was working fine until this afternoon. We have a Filter Set already configured that was previously showing brand and category information on the sidebar of our store. How can I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Unfortunately, this is all that we see on the page – https://prnt.sc/2PHXr1n8j9z7

    Hi Victor,

Our site uses location blocking since it’s a limited service. Please use a VPN with a US based IP address to see the page.

    Thanks!

@kiafayce it seems like you used an Elementor template on this archive page, and most likely this is why it disappeared. It should work nicely with the default archive pages.

So if you made some changes like that on the site this is the exact reason why it happened. Also, you can roll back to the previous state when it was working by using the site backups.

    Hi Victor,

I’ve been using an Elementor template on the Product Search Archive since I’ve started using the plugin but it only just broke two days ago. I didn’t make any changes to the page. We do not have certain functionalities that we need in the default page, so we’ve built it with Elementor. The most recent updates to both plugins have bug fixes or security updates in them, so I’d rather not revert. Is there a workaround for this?

    Thanks!

    Hi @kiafayce

What you need to do is still roll back to the previous site state where everything is working, then update our plugin and check if it is still displayed or will disappear. If everything is okay, update another plugin, and do the same checking, to understand what exactly causing the plugin’s disappearance. This is the only way to find the issue.

    Best Regards,
    Victor
