"Completion failed" error

    Hello,

    after the first install/start I see:

    ———-
    Error A filesystem operation failed while processing ‘Database/OBFW_Database.sql’ for backup.
    If the following error message is not clear as to the problem and the issue persists, please contact support providing the complete event log for the activity. Diagnostic information follows:

    Failed at: 388(/is/htdocs/wp1010346_WRXAD7TO53/www/wp/wp-content/plugins/wponlinebackup/include/tables.php)
    An error happened at: wp-db.php(1227)
    mysql_fetch_object(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource

    ———-

    Any ideas what is wrong?

    Hi Ronald,

    Not entirely sure! Does it happen the same every time? Or randomly?
    How long had the backup been running for?

    Can you drop in information from help & support tab? It will contain the version info.
