    We try to be as compatible with Multisite as we can, but I don’t think we’re as on par as we could be. With Multisite, only super admins are able to manage users, so if it’s a case of sub-site admins needing to approve their own members, it’s not going to work out too well.

    We don’t have code specifically written for those two plugins, but we do hook into the user_register action, and append our pending approval user meta at that point. As long as those two plugins use that in the long run, they should theoretically work.

    In Multisite User can create website without getting approval.
    Please check the issue & do the needful.

    Our plugin is targeted to prevent BuddyPress/bbPress access, not prevent making subsites in a multisite install, to be honest. It’s not an all-site spam prevention plugin.
