Compatibility with MetaSlider Pro plugin ?

    Hello,

    I’ve got several issues with pre-installed plugins after the installation of Cerber on my WP.

    FYI, I just solved an issue with Redirection plugin appeared after the installation of Cerber.

    Now the most severe issue I have is the following one at the moment:

    – http://www.potoclips.com – Most of the time is displayed as a Black page. But it happens that it can be working again for a short period of time.

    – http://www.potoclips.com/?s=&category=12150&sort=recent&filter=1, for instance is correctly displayed at the same time.

    I have the feeling that this other issue is linked to one of my other plugin, Metaslider Pro, as it seems
    – that all the page with Slides to be be displayed are in black
    – that the homepage of Metaslider plugin is now displayed empty !

    Do you have any feedback about it ? As I can see how to fix this one…

    Hey @potoman

    Kevin from MetaSlider here. MetaSlider Pro had a fix for a database issue that would cause a timeout on some databases with lower memory and a lot of tables. It was actually a WP issue but we worked around it using an alternative query method.

    Did you update to the latest 2.9.2 ?

    Hello Kevin,

    The only release I can see is the version 3.9.1 and 2.7.1 on my two sites

    Moreover, I need to enter my customer login and a password to get an access to plugin updates on my sandbox site.
    Which is not the case on my production site.

    What is my customer login: my email address?
    If yes, I can’t connect with the same credentials that I use to access to my Metaslider account.

    Is there something I don’t understand?
